Raj co-founded ReForma and brings corporate finance and growth expertise built up over more than 30 years of backing and advising entrepreneurs and healthcare businesses. He has held national and international roles in professional services, including board member for corporate finance and outsourced services businesses, national lead for growth business advisory, and chair of its European Board. In mergers and acquisitions, he has led and supported joint ventures, new market development and sales.

Over the past fifteen years he has worked as a board member alongside high growth small and medium enterprises, helping management teams deliver to plan and create long-term value. He is a qualified accountant and provides ReForma's business leadership, transaction oversight and governance framework.
