A focused portfolio built around meaningful treatment needs.
Every ReForma program begins with an established medicine and a documented treatment limitation. We evaluate whether formulation innovation, a different route of administration or an advanced delivery system can create a differentiated and defensible product designed around that need.
PIPELINE
RFT001 | Emergency and acute care | Development
RFT001 is an investigational drug-device combination product being developed under a 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway for use in an emergency care setting.
ReForma completed a pre-IND interaction with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in April 2026, with feedback from that interaction informing the program's ongoing development.
The program is evaluating a differentiated delivery approach designed around the practical requirements of administering treatment in an emergency.
RFT001 is in development and has not been approved by any regulatory authority. Its safety and effectiveness have not been established.
Lead Program
Other Active Programs
A transdermal delivery program evaluating extended administration of an established medicine, designed around the practical demands of long-term treatment.
Central nervous system | Chronic maintenance | Development
A delivery program evaluating an alternative approach for patients whose needs may not be well served by the current route of administration.
Endocrine | Orphan and paediatric | Development
An early-stage program evaluating delivery approaches matched to the dose, exposure and practical requirements of an established therapy.
Central nervous system | Prevention | Feasibility
Additional Programs
ReForma continues to evaluate opportunities where reformulation and advanced drug-delivery technologies have the potential to address meaningful limitations in established therapies.
Selected programs are discussed with prospective development and strategic partners under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
