Joy co-founded ReForma and is a pharmaceutical commercial leader, strategist with more than 25 years of experience spanning clinical practice, clinical research, medical affairs, U.S. and global commercialization, and management consulting. She has led U.S. and global brand launches and held senior commercial and strategy roles at Gilead Sciences, GSK, ViiV Healthcare and Bristol Myers Squibb, with experience shaping brand, portfolio and commercialization strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.

Joy holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the Medical College of Virginia and an Executive MBA from Columbia University. At ReForma, she leads commercial and portfolio strategy, product positioning, opportunity assessment and strategic partnership development.
