John co-founded ReForma and is a regulatory operations, systems expert with more than twenty-four years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has led global and United States submission filings and delivered NDA, BLA, NDS, and MAA dossiers to approval across international regulatory agencies, in senior regulatory operations and strategy roles at Chugai Pharmaceuticals in GI, oncology, and cardiovascular, and PTC Therapeutics in a leading specialty pharmaceutical working on genetic disorder such as cystic fibrosis, hemophilia factor 8 and 9, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

His work spans submission publishing, systems platform integration, data compliance and lifecycle management, and filing strategy across multiple countries. He holds an MA in Political Science and Dual BA degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, from Boston University, and leads ReForma's regulatory operations, dossier delivery and program operations, business administration, and legal affairs.
