Imran co-founded ReForma to pursue reformulation as a discipline in its own right. He is a pharmaceutical scientist and regulatory leader with more than three decades of experience in global product development, regulatory strategy and CMC. As Head of Global Regulatory Strategy and CMC at a major specialty pharmaceutical company he directed submissions and approvals from IND through NDA and post-approval lifecycle management, across central nervous system, pain and addiction therapeutics.

Earlier in his career he led technology sourcing and platform development at Reckitt Benckiser and Boots Healthcare, building pipelines in analgesia and respiratory care. He leads ReForma's product development, formulation and CMC strategy, regulatory strategy and drug-delivery work, and identifies and develops the company's technical development partnerships, and involved in the negotiations that establish them.
